Disable security balloon warning

In case where you always get the annoying balloon message when logging into Windows saying 'Your computer might be at risk' and possibly 'No firewall is turned on', 'Automatic Updates is turned off' or 'Your virus protection is unknown', but you feel that it unnecessary do this:

go to Control Panel ->Security Center , click Change the Way Security Center Notifies Me on the left and unselect all three notifications.

You can also disable the Security Center totally using the Administrative tools:
Start ->Run 'services.msc'
Select Security Center , set the Startup type in properties to Disabled .
